Theme: “Fostering a Psychology of Well-being for the Filipino”

Ginhawa. Salunat. Kaganapan. Kaayohan. Canuana. Filipinos in different regions refer to well-being using different terms, but every Filipino - indeed, every human person - has the same goal: to achieve and sustain well-being. This year’s convention focuses on elucidating the psychological theories, concepts, frameworks and approaches to understanding and enhancing well-being, especially as they apply to the different sectors of Philippine society and the various stages and aspects of life of the Filipino. The range of empirical research presented in the convention invite Filipino psychologists to affirm their roles as scientists and professionals who develop relevant knowledge and practice that enhances the well-being of every Filipino.Ginhawa.
